The police will go undercover to monitor strategic locations to eradicate illegal racing, especially during the school holidays.
Pahang traffic administrative enforcement officer Assistant Superintendent Zainalabidin Othman said the police would also monitor traffic offenders.
He was speaking to reporters after a four-hour traffic operation at the Jalan Bukit Rangin-Jalan Kuantan stretch yesterday.
In the operation which began at 1am, the police issued 83 summonses for various traffic offences.
