Celebrating 23rd Anniversary of Southern University College

Southern University College, Johor Bahru marked the 23rd anniversary on November 2, 2013 with a celebration. Many programs were lined up to make celebrations merrier, the highlight event was of course the food charity sale where all revenues were donated to Southern UC.

Teo Ah Khing, Chairman of the Board of Directors in his opening speech mentioned that the University Management had already set a 5-year plans to transform the current University College into an influential international university by 2030 as their target.

He also pleaded the communities in Johor Bahru for their generous contributions to raise funds for the International Education Thanksgiving Building. The building is expected to be utilised fully by 2015 and the estimated construction fee for the building is RM20 million.
