Huang Yang Lek, a physically disabled person, received a summon instructing him to bring all the relevant documents of a car, which does not belong to him to Kuala Lumpur Traffic head quarters on 25 May 2011.

Huang Yang Lek, 47, received a summon instructing him to bring all the relevant documents of a car which does not belong to him to Kuala Lumpur Traffic head quarters on 25 May 2011.

He disclosed that he was asked to bring along original car log book, insurance and all relevant documents to the headquarters by 9.00 am to help the investigation of road accident, which happened  on 3rd May 2011 at 3.30pm on Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.
