A pleased Swiss in Seberang Perai

The Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) drew praise when it swiftly cleared overgrown bushes and trees behind a factory fence.

A special squad of MPSP workers arrived and cleared the area within two days, to the delight of Swiss Profile (Malaysia), a watch and clock manufacturer located at the Prai Free Industrial Zone.

The belukar, according to the company, had become a dumping ground for irresponsible parties, and had also served as a hiding place for petty thieves.

“We are very pleased with the quick response, and I’ll really have to thank them,” said the company’s managing director Philippe Chave.
