Malaysia’s most comprehensive career discovery event, Talentbank, is returning this March to impact Malaysia’s continuing skilled labour and unemployment concerns substantially.
With increasing digitalisation, innovation and globalisation, Malaysia and its businesses look to combat a shortage of skilled labour poised to hamper economic progress.
Simultaneously, young Malaysian graduates are facing a potentially daunting time ahead, with the unemployment rate for youth hovering at 11.8%—still significantly higher than pre-pandemic levels and the rising inflation hitting home.

Set to be held at Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre on 4 – 5 March 2023, the 7th instalment of the Talentbank Career Fair aims to empower fresh graduates and job seekers to engage in enlightening conversations about career development, rewarding roles, financial stability, and
how to negotiate the current job market in Malaysia.
