Located just an hour away from Bandung, a renowned shopping paradise, the Majalengka Regency offers a unique blend of natural beauty and cultural heritage.
Riad Asmat further emphasized that the introduction of flights from Kuala Lumpur not only introduces Kertajati to travellers from ASEAN and beyond but also creates substantial economic and employment prospects for the local community.
AirAsia, as a leading airline group in the region, is committed to playing its role in bringing foreign tourists directly to various popular and underserved cities in Indonesia and Malaysia, contributing to both governments’ target of attracting millions of foreign visitors by 2023.
With AirAsia’s commitment to affordability and accessibility, this new route is expected to unlock the untapped potential of Kertajati and contribute to the growth of Greater Bandung’s tourism and economy.
