British fashion brand Fred Perry has launched its 2026 Tennis Collection, blending the label’s longstanding sporting heritage with contemporary performance-driven design for today’s players.
The collection was showcased during an exclusive media preview held on May 23 at Padelground in Bukit Kiara, in collaboration with Jameson Malaysia, ZALORA, NOA and The Courts.
Rooted in the brand’s connection to tennis since its founding in 1952, the latest collection revisits the court-inspired identity associated with founder Fred Perry, who famously secured three consecutive Wimbledon titles and achieved a Career Grand Slam. The Laurel Wreath emblem, synonymous with the brand, remains central to the collection’s identity.

According to the company, the 2026 range was developed in collaboration with the Fred Perry Tennis Trust alongside players and coaches, with an emphasis on functionality, comfort and adaptability across different levels of the sport, from grassroots participation to professional competition.
The collection incorporates lighter fabrics, revised fits and technical detailing aimed at supporting modern athletic performance while maintaining the brand’s signature aesthetic.
Recycled materials and court-inspired designs
The men’s collection features a performance-focused version of the iconic Fred Perry Shirt, crafted using lightweight recycled piqué fabric with stretch properties. Other items include the Tennis Printed T-Shirt, Tennis T-Shirt and Tennis Shorts, which incorporate lightweight recycled materials and practical features such as dedicated tennis ball pockets.

Available in Anchor Grey with Citron tipping and a classic White colourway, the designs balance traditional styling with contemporary sportswear influences.
The women’s line follows a similar approach, featuring streamlined silhouettes through pieces such as the Tennis Dress, Tennis Printed Dress, Tennis Vest and Tennis Skirt. The skirt includes internal shorts and side seam pockets, while gold-thread Laurel Wreath embroidery references Perry’s Wimbledon achievements.
Sustainability also forms a key aspect of the collection, with fabrics across the range produced using recycled polyester, polyamide and elastane blends selected for both technical performance and everyday wearability.

The launch event at Padelground brought together members of the media, lifestyle personalities and guests for an introduction to the collection in a setting that reflected the growing popularity of racket sports and court culture in Malaysia.
The Fred Perry 2026 Tennis Collection is now available at Fred Perry retail stores and through ZALORA.
