Lorry heading towards North port from Bandar Baru Klang at about 12midnight caught speeding by Citizen Journalist Arvind Raj.
The driver was driving as though he is a F1 lorry championship participant and endangering motorists especially the motorcyclists with his maneuvering from one lane to another and without proper rear lights.
There were hundreds of lorries traveling on the Shahpadu highway everyday. Who is responsible for monitoring this? JPJ? LPKP? Traffic police?
