Asbestos: silent kiler
Asbestos is the single biggest work place killer today. People who have worked with the material are at serious risk from developing lung cancer, asbestosis and mesothelioma, fatal respiratory illnesses that debilitate their victims. Evidence of asbestos’ deadly effect on those who breathe its fibres is likely to multiply in the decades to come.
Remember, these diseases will not affect anyone immediately but later on in life(may be after 20 years), so there is a need for protect ourselves now to prevent us contracting an asbestos-related disease in the future. It is also important to remember that people who smoke and are also exposed to asbestos fibres are at a much greater risk of developing lung cancer. Yet Malaysian government has not ban the use of asbestos at work place.

I began cigarettes when I was just a kid. It was the hugest wrong move I’ve made. Now 30 years down the road and I have lung disease. I have found kicking the habit is very hard. I attempted a pile of the quit smoking aids but none did any good. Then I found the electronic cigarette. The electronic cigarette uses a nicotine mixture that consists of only nicotine. No smelly smoke at all. They have actually changed my life. No longer inhaling smelly smoke feels really great!
