19 graduated as certified laughter yoga leaders in Seremban recently.

The one and a half day intensive program over the weekends was experiential in nature.  Aside the indoor training, there was an outdoor 30 minutes practical laughter session at Taman Rekreasi in Seremban, followed by a visit cum laughter session with the residents of the local Mercy Convalescence Home.

Trainers Fauzul Naim Ishak, 35 and Mohd Ikram Mohammad Nor Wazir were amongst the graduates.  They were from the Fine Training Academy Sdn Bhd and said that they will implement laughter in their training programs.

Major Ranney Kaniappan, 57, a retired army officer said that she finds the training useful and will use it in her coaching and training sessions.

Retired teacher, Lam Kiw, 60 was happy to have the Laughter Yoga experience and will put in effort to spread the goodness of laughter.
