CJMYPos Malaysia’s latest stamp series for the Malaysia Day celebrations this year features an array of local food delights from across the country called Makanan Kita.
The highlight of the series is the beloved Malaysian dessert air batu campur (ABC) stamp, which is featured on a miniature sheet with a bowl of the dessert and a classic shaved ice machine . It comes with a Spot UV and die-cut features for only RM 5.
The series also include other Malaysian favourites such as the apam balik, nasi lemak, roti canai, mi kolok, hinava, teh tarik, bubur cha-cha, kuih cincin, kuih ketayap, kek lapis, puding kelapa, ais krim gula apong and others.
“Pos Malaysia has carefully selected various local delicacies for this stamp series based on their popularity and public’s recommendations,” says Syed Md Najib Syed Md Noor, Pos Malaysia’s group chief executive.
Other philatelic products in this Makanan Kita series include the first day cover, folder and stamp sheets.
