Purple Tote campaign supports local NGOs

FedEx Express unites 2,200+ team members across 18 markets in the AMEA region for the Purple Tote Campaign, donating 8,000+ kg of essentials to local NGOs.

Over 2,200 team members from FedEx Express actively participated in the annual FedEx Cares Purple Tote Campaign, collecting over 8,000 kilograms of much-needed supplies for non-profit organizations across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) region.

The campaign spearheaded by FedEx team members, focused on aiding two local NGOs, Kechara Soup Kitchen and Shelter Home for Children. The initiative saw the collection of approximately 200 kilograms of packaged food and essential items, including instant noodles, oats, biscuits, mosquito coils, and adult diapers. These donations were then distributed to homeless and marginalized communities in need.

The Purple Tote Campaign, which ran from October to December 2023, aimed to empower FedEx team members to support NGOs in their local communities. Teams from 18 markets across the AMEA region, including Malaysia, Australia, China, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Namibia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and the United Arab Emirates, actively participated in this noble cause.
