Bringing together 30 Malaysian tech companies, the programme fostered collaboration with Vietnamese counterparts to drive innovation, economic growth, and digital transformation.

  • Finhero (Malaysia) and Solarvest (Vietnam): A collaboration to transform Vietnam’s renewable energy sector by leveraging technology for solar project financing and sustainable growth.
  • Sandmerit (Malaysia) and Wemonster Company Limited (Vietnam): A partnership introducing advanced KPI software to boost business performance in Vietnam.
  • GoFluence (Malaysia and Vietnam): A strategic acquisition that expands GoFluence’s operations, signalling its commitment to the Vietnamese market.

Building on the success of previous DEX Connex events in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand, the Vietnam programme further cements MDEC’s regional impact.

To date, these initiatives have connected over 150 companies, facilitated the exchange of 29 MoUs and MoAs, and generated potential opportunities exceeding RM600 million.

The Vietnam event featured collaboration with key partners, including the Consulate General of Malaysia in Ho Chi Minh City, Sunwah Innovation, and the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE).
