IJM Land has unveiled a sweeping new recreational precinct at S2 Heights Aman in Seremban 2, anchored by a 12-acre lake park and backed by RM6.8 million in community investment. The development transforms the 400-acre township into one of Negeri Sembilan’s most nature-forward addresses for families.
The precinct includes the scenic S2 Lake Park, a 3-acre Kidz Venture Park, a dedicated Pet Zone, an interactive light zone, and a landmark public sculpture. Together, they form a lakeside destination where residents can walk, play and gather daily.
S2 Heights Aman’s Lake Park is the new community heart

At the centre of it all sits the 12-acre S2 Lake Park. Landscaped greenery, shaded walkways, viewing decks and pavilions ring a calm expanse of water. The park also features exercise areas and scenic lookout points, encouraging residents to stay active while enjoying the surrounding natural landscape.
Next to the lake park, the 3-acre Kidz Venture Park offers adventurous play structures, a cycling path and interactive spaces. It gives children room to climb, explore and build confidence through outdoor play.

For pet owners, a dedicated Pet Zone provides a welcoming outdoor space to spend time with companions and connect with like-minded neighbours. IJM Land plans to expand this area further, following strong community response.
Additionally, S2 Heights Aman introduces what is described as Negeri Sembilan’s first large-scale motion-responsive interactive projection installation. A 50-metre walkway transforms into an interactive light zone, responding to movement and touch.
The installation features more than 80 types of interactive 3D visual scenes that refresh automatically every few minutes, turning an evening stroll into a lively digital experience for families and children.
The Sculpture that reveals itself — and what S2 Heights Aman stands for

Standing at the heart of S2 Lake Park is Family Bonding (Where Unity Forms), a striking sculpture by renowned Malaysian sculptor Nizam Abdullah. The steel and metal work rises 6.6 metres high and spans 7.5 metres wide.
Its bold red panels appear fragmented at first glance. However, when viewed from the right angle, they align to reveal the silhouette of a family — a father, a mother and two children walking together.
“Family is not always immediately visible. It is revealed through perspective,” said Nizam Abdullah.
He described the sculpture’s deeper intention: “When I designed this sculpture, I wanted to reflect the way families grow and remain connected through different stages of life.

The fragmented forms represent moments of challenge, distance and change that every family experiences. When viewed with patience and understanding, these fragments align and reveal unity.”
On the choice of materials, he added: “Steel and metal symbolise strength, endurance and protection. Here, I wanted them to reflect the quiet strength found within family relationships.”
Datuk Chai Kian Soon, Chief Operating Officer of IJM Land, explained the broader vision behind the parks. “A township becomes meaningful when it offers spaces where people can truly gather, relax and spend time with those who matter most,” he said.
He also linked the investment to long-term value. “When we invest in parks, landscapes and shared environments, we are investing in the quality of life of the community. These spaces support healthier lifestyles and create lasting experiences for residents.”
A growing township with homes now on sale

S2 Heights Aman spans 400 acres with an estimated gross development value of RM1.585 billion.
The name Aman — meaning peace, comfort and tranquillity — reflects the precinct’s vision of a calmer, nature-surrounded pace of life. The development sits within an elevated landscape framed by the Banjaran Titiwangsa mountain range.
Building on the momentum of the parks launch, Sutera Phase 2 at S2 Heights Aman is now open for sale, with a Gross Development Value of RM93 million. The new phase offers 104 units of 22′ x 65′ two-storey link homes, with built-ups starting from 1,949 sq ft.
Buyers step into a neighbourhood where infrastructure is complete, landscapes are maturing, and the new recreational parks are already drawing residents together.
