Stellaris was designed by GDP Architects Sdn Bhd, founded in 1990 with over three decades of experience. GDP Architects built the design around light, ventilation and comfort.

Every unit has a private balcony. Clean contemporary lines and generous semi-outdoor spaces create a personal threshold between home and city. A covered walkway connects Stellaris to Segambut KTM Station, 150 metres away.

“Good design starts with how people live. At Stellaris, architecture, layouts and landscape support the rhythm of daily life — from natural light to privacy and shared spaces,” said Datuk Chai Kian Soon, COO of IJM Land.

Road connectivity includes DUKE, SPRINT and NKVE highways. Shuttle services connect residents to nearby MRT stations and lifestyle destinations.

Inside Stellaris: show units and interior concepts

Two show units demonstrate how different layouts serve different lifestyles. The Type A unit is 766 sq ft across two bedrooms. It takes a Playful Urban Cat Living concept — pastel blue tones, warm neutrals and cat features like wall steps and curved ceiling lighting. A built-in dining table and console reduce clutter and improve daily usability.

The Type B unit is 884 sq ft across three bedrooms. Its Urban Spring Luxury concept uses pastel green accents and walnut-toned finishes for a calm, hospitality-inspired feel suited to families. Simple wall panelling, layered lighting and an open-plan layout improve flow and make the space feel larger.

The dual-key option adds flexibility. The studio component can serve as a suite for elderly parents, a separate office, or a rental unit. The main residence stays intact in all cases.

Facilities and landscape at Stellaris @ Riana Dutamas

Stellaris has 31 lifestyle facilities arranged across the podium. Water and retreat spaces include an elevated infinity pool, spa oasis pool and wading pool. Active and family spaces include a children’s playground, mini golf, outdoor fitness areas and a barbeque terrace.

Work and wellness spaces include a Yoga Deck, Reflexology Path, co-working zones, a games room and a multi-purpose hall. A central Stroll and Jog Trail links the facilities across the podium.

WDI Design served as the landscape consultant. The elevated pool and spa oasis pool form a Blue Sanctuary at the heart of the podium. Tranquil Greens and an Herbs Garden provide visual relief. The Idyllic Seat Lounge and Yoga Deck offer quieter moments away from communal activity.

At ground level, Stellaris includes a retail and food hall with F&B outlets, a pharmacy and a grocer. This puts daily essentials within the development itself.
