Popular men’s magazine Clive turns three this year and its editor Robert Chan threw an unforgettable party at Club Neverland in Jalan Kia Peng, Kuala Lumpur recently to celebrate the magazine’s third anniversary.
The nightspot was packed with a party crowd of guests and readers enjoying good time and DJ music and also participated in the pole dancing game and lucky draws.
“Well, it’s been a crazy three years and it’s been an amazing journey to be here tonight with lot of supporters and fans having a good time and making it a great day,” said Robert Chan.
“Our readers are between aged 25 to 35 years old. These guys are very tech-savvy and into technology, new trends, latest cars, fashion, and gadgets, with what’s happening in town and the likes. We are going online now [www.cliveworld.com] and these are times to do more things online,” added Robert Chan who greeted his guests with happy smiles.
Emceed by the gorgeous Fay Hokulani, the night started off with three pole dancers in amazing outfits and high heels turning up the heat, performing some exotic strutting and leaving the guests in awe with their exotic pole moves.
Six handsome individuals of Clive Magazine’s Men of The Year 2011 played a fun game with each of them standing as a “pole” and a lady picked from the crowd performed sensual dance moves around the “pole”.
It was a great night with the presence of celebrities, socialites and personalities in the fashion and entertainment industry and the flow of beer and champagne made this party amazing.
An exciting lucky draw with the main prize of a pair of air tickets to Philippines was won by SAP consultant Esther Tai Geck Suan who came with her two girlfriends to join the party.
Guests who arrived got a first look and feel of the brand new Honda CR-Z which was parked at the entrance to the club. Honda is the official car of the event.
