During peak times, the ferries will operate at a frequency of every 30 minutes, allowing for efficient and timely travel experiences. Notably, the one-way trip duration has been significantly reduced to just 10 minutes, in contrast to the previous 20-minute journey on the old ferries.

Penangites can look forward to a month of free ferry rides, enabling them to experience the convenience and benefits of this sustainable mode of commuting.
