Ben’s Independent Grocer opens 6th outlet in Pearl Shopping Gallery

Ben’s Independent Grocer (B.I.G.), known for its gourmet food offerings, has inaugurated its sixth outlet at Pearl Shopping Gallery in the heart of Old Klang Road.

The new store aims to cater to the daily needs of the community, providing a unique shopping experience with a diverse range of high-quality local and international produce.

The vision behind the new outlet

B.I.G. Pearl Shopping Gallery introduces over 300 products from UK’s premium supermarket brand, Waitrose & Partners.

Known for its quality since 1904, Waitrose & Partners offers a wide range of products, including biscuits, beverages, confectionery, sauces, and more.

Australian products from Woolworths, meeting Australian standards and often free from artificial additives, are also part of B.I.G.’s diverse inventory.

Kok Kian Kee, CEO of The Food Purveyor, affirmed the commitment to providing quality products at affordable prices to Malaysian consumers.

Dato’ Sri Tan Aik Kiong, Group Managing Director of Aikbee Group of Companies, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration with B.I.G.

B.I.G.’s unique offering

The 15,000 sq. feet store includes a supermarket with a vast selection of local produce, internationally sourced gourmet food and beverages, and bespoke artisanal offerings.

The store also features an alfresco area ideal for breakfast or an all-day coffee break, operating daily from 8 am to 10 pm.

B.I.G. Pearl Shopping Gallery extends special opening deals, such as a RM10 discount with a minimum purchase of RM100 in a single receipt from January 11 to February 2, 2024.

Additionally, the first 50 customers each day, with a minimum purchase of RM150 in a single receipt from January 11 to 14, 2024, will receive a free goodie bag, while stocks last.
