Proton in 60 minutes

Proton introduced the 60 Minutes Express Service programme yesterday, which promises customers a 60-minute car servicing.

KUALA LUMPUR – Underlining its commitment towards enhancing customer service and satisfaction, Proton introduced the 60 Minutes Express Service programme yesterday.

The programme allows customers to enjoy a much shorter servicing time. Customers will also benefit from a free 18-point quality and safety check at Proton Edar Sdn Bhd service centres.

“And if the service time exceeds 60 minutes, they will not be charged any labour cost,” Proton said in a statement.

The express service will be initially available at 21 service centres nationwide. Proton is in the process of extending the service to all Proton Edar service centres. Customers need to look for the 60 Minutes Express Service logo at the service centres to identify the ones offering the service.
