Physically challenged man receives summon

Huang Yang Lek, 47, received a summon instructing him to bring all the relevant documents of a car which does not belong to him to Kuala Lumpur Traffic head quarters on 25 May 2011.

He disclosed that he was asked to bring along original car log book, insurance and all relevant documents to the headquarters by 9.00 am to help the investigation of road accident, which happened  on 3^rd May 2011 at 3.30pm on Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.

According to Huang, the car which bears WUK 4598 does not belong to him and he do not know of the said accident.

Huang, who is now physically challenged person after his right was amputated in September 2007 has made a police report at the Kulai police station.
