Back to the 70s Agogo Night at Jalan Tan Hiok Nee, Johor Bahru was orgnised by the Committee of Cultural Street of Jalan Tan Hiok Nee recently.

Vice president of the committee Steven told Citizen Journalists Malaysia (CJMY) that the aim of the event was to bring us back to the 70s.

The aim was so the public could experience what the culture was like back in the 70s so that the youngsters will be able to understand what Agogo was during the era of their grandparents.

Steven also hoped that in the future there will be more of  such programme for families to participate.

During the night there were Agogo dances, snacks,  games of the 70s and best Agogo dressed prizes.

The senior citizen from various homes were also invited to attend this special  night.
